Oasis and Allure Name Plaque Location

Do Oasis and Allure have the blue name plaques like the other RCI ships? I don't remember seeing one on Allure last year, maybe I just missed it.

Anyone know why they weren't installed? I thought all RCI ships got them.

Oasis and Allure have a big name... I'm not entirely sure what to call it... circle plaque?... on the ground in the middle of Central Park. That's the closest I saw to the typical plaque.

That could be, although definitely not as ornate as the old ones.
