Carnival - On Board Account

I'll be on the Carnival Victory out of San Juan on April 8th. We booked this cruise about a year ago and our price was $779 for a balcony stateroom. The price has been dropping like a rock for the last 2 or 3 months and as of today it is down to $484. Carnival doesn't refund the difference but gives a shipboard credit. We are now up to $600+ for this cruise.

My question is can I get money from the onboard account to gamble in the casino? I've never done this and have no idea.

Thanks,
