Chef's Table on Valor 6 day Cruise

Hi All,

My wife and I are interested in doing the Chef’s table on our 6 day Valor cruise out of Miami, but we are not sure what day they do the table.

More specifically do they do the table on one of the formal nights?

Any help we be greatly appreciated and have a good day.
