Which side of train?

In Skagway we are doing the White Pass railroad up and then motorcoach down, can someone recommend which side of the train to sit on or does it matter?

You want to be on the left side of the coach as you face the engines.

It does actually. The best narration is on the way up the hill, so that's when you want to be on the side where you can see what the guide is talking about.
