Can anyone help me with Greece/Italy cruise options?

I am planning our Mediterranian cruise for next year. I just did a search for May/June and July and didn't find any good options. We are planning Spain/Italy/Greece ports that I generally find listed when I do searches. We wanted something in the 7-10 day range. Did RCCL cancel these itineries?

 

Is it just that they haven't opened up the reservations for those yet? Most of the cruises listed are based in England/Norway, etc.

 

If anyone is familiar with how these are generally scheduled please help me.
