WOW sale too early now what?

We are looking at a 2013 southern caribbean cruise that will not go online until mid april. Apparently wow sales are quarterly = next one that will affect our cruise timeframe will be approx. june.

 

Question: Is it better(cheaper) to book cruise as soon as it comes out in april? or better to wait until june for wow sale?

 

Agent told me that wow sale prices go up $100 - which would mean only advantage may be lower deposit.
