Last minute excursion advice

We will be in St. Kitts on Wednesday, April 4th. Our daughter and SIL want to do a 1/2 day snorkel trip, but have had trouble finding one since they waited so long to decide, and Javin was booked. Are there tour operators at the port for last minute excursions? If so, any you would recommend? Thanks.
