Carnivale in Sint Maarten

We understand that Carnivale is celebrated after Easter in Sint Maarten. We are going to be there Sunday April 29th and we would like to enjoy Carnivale activities going on during the day. Can anyone tell us how to find out what is happening on that day? Thank you!
