Monarch -Excursions with older teens ??

Traveling with 2 older teens (18 and 16) - If they want to do snorkeling, is it better to do in Nassau or Coco Cay? Is the excursion worth it to see Atlantis - can they do snorkeling there? What about the private beach options in Nassau like Blue Lagoon - what is that like?

Any suggestions from those that have been would be helpful - thanks!
