Choosing night for portofinos on eos?

Will be on the 8 nite explorer cruise leaving Friday. Part of our booking included a nite at a speciality dinner. It looks like portofino is the specialty on the explorer. Is there a way to see the weeks menus in advance to try to figure out which nite is best for the specialty restaurant?

If it's a perk from a TA, keep in mind that you can only book dinner at Portofino's on port days.

You can ask your waiter on the first day, if you can see the menu for the rest of the week.
