Seward....ship to small boat harbor?

How far is it from the cruise ship dock to the small boat harbor? Our ship will be the only one in port so I assume we'll dock in town. I'm trying to get an idea if I'll need transportation to Major Marine's location at the harbor from the ship and/or town.

Cruise ship dock to sm boat harbor,where the wildlife cruises leave is 1 mile and another 1.5 miles to downtown Seward from there.Inside the cruise ship terminal is a free courtesy phone for taxis.$5 ride per van.
