Copy of price reduction

I sent an email page copy of a listed price reduction off carnival website to TA. Price went up the next day. Got a response from TA that she can not find the listed price drop. Shouldn't Carnival honor the drop? I had proof ! Sent another email to TA and waiting on response.

I had a screenshot and it didn't matter (shouldn't anyway, they can be manipulated easily by a seventh grader) and I was dealing directly with Carnival. I doubt you will have more luck but then again with Carnival, they have 25 different polices all depending on who you talk to.

 

Good luck. As other here say, keep calling Carnival until you get the answer you want. It apparently works for some folks.
