Blue Lagoon on our own??

Hi.... Can you just take the ferry over to the blue lagoon on your own and NOT be taking any excursion/tour etc. If so, how often does the ferry run etc. and what is the cost? Just looking for a nice beach day only. Thanks for your help!

Ferries run 8:30am / 10:30am/ 12:30pm/ and 1:30pm

 

The last scheduled ferry to leave the island going back is at 4pm.

 

Since only a certain number of guest allowed on the island, a reservation is the only way to guarantee a space. You must show up 30 minutes in advance to pick up your wristband and board.
