3redheads Posted April 26, 2005 #1 Share Posted April 26, 2005 On Disney, they had a restaurant in which children were not allowed to dine. How is it with Chops and Portofinos? Thanks! Kim
bluehorizonlover123 Posted April 26, 2005 #2 Share Posted April 26, 2005 Of course kids are allowed in the specialty restaurants a better question would be if you have to pay the full extra charge for them.
TrentS Posted April 26, 2005 #3 Share Posted April 26, 2005 Actually only children 13 and older are allowed, and there's no "discount" for teens... It's the same full price for everyone.
Rala Posted April 26, 2005 #4 Share Posted April 26, 2005 It has been reported that RCI bends the "13 and older" rule , like they seem to do with all their "rules", and younger children have been allowed for early reservations in the specialty restaurants. Go figure!!!!
wwinfl91 Posted April 26, 2005 #5 Share Posted April 26, 2005 I guess you could say "their rules and they can decide when to break them". Personally I would think this would be a good rule to enforce but then I don't have any younger kids to bring with me on a cruise. Have a great next cruise. critterchick Posted April 26, 2005 #6 Share Posted April 26, 2005 When we were on Radiance in September, children were allowed up until 8pm. I don't know if that meant they had to be out by 8 or seated by 8; I'm guessing the latter - it's not as if you can throw them out once they're seated. I don't recall whether there was an age restriction on top of that.
3redheads Posted April 27, 2005 Author #7 Share Posted April 27, 2005 I'm sure (and hoping) kids will enjoy the kid's clubs so much they'll want to go there after a quick dinner. Then we can go have a nice dinner :D On Disney, they couldn't wait for dinner to be over! Thanks for the info! Kim
