ISP: Hoonah sightseeing or Forest & Nature tour?

Has anyone taken these tours? We have booked the Hoonah sightseeing tour, but I'm wondering if we'd prefer the other. I would love to get a glimpse of the rainforest at one of our ports, but can't seem to figure out a way to do that. :( Any opinions on these tours would be greatly appreciated. :)
