Handi-capped parking port canaveral?

We are sailing on the Disney Fantasy. What kind of hand-capped parking is available and what is the cost?

The parking garage has handicapped spaces located on all floors closest to the elevators. But as we learned the hard way, they fill up quickly. I believe they also have some H/C spots in the surface lots adjacent to the garage.

 

Cost is $15 per day.
