Star this Sunday; 2 questions

We leave on the Star out of Tampa on Sunday. If we can survive a 13 hour drive from Roanoke, VA with three children tomorrow, that is. ;-)

We are in a 2 bedroom family suite and have two questions...

1. Do we tip the butler and concierge in cash? Or do we give them some sort of voucher that we purchase at the front desk via credit card? Which do they prefer?

2. On disembarkation day, what are our options for breakfast in our suite? Cagneys or just a simple continental breakfast delivered?

Thanks so much for the help!

We tipped in cash (butler only, concierge did nothing for us). Cagney's had earlier hours that day, 6:30-8:30 instead of the normal 7:30-9:30 so you can definitely do Cagney's. We actually chose to go to the buffet and just had muffins and fresh fruit. I'm assuming you can have either in your room. Your choice.

We tipped everyone the night before except for the concierge , we tipped her in the morning after breakfast when she walks you off the ship.

For breakfast we went to Cagney's but our butler did ask if we'd prefer in suite..

do what ever ;)

We put our Butler's tip on our on-board expense account through the customer service desk. The lady did recommend that we leave our Butler a note saying what we did (so he didn't think we stiffed him). We also left an additional tip for our steward this way.
