yes all inside rooms have a mini fridge on the dawn, this past summer i was on deck 8 inside, my aunt had an outside, we both had a mini fridge and i also went in a few cabins throughout my stay and i didn't see a single stateroom without a stocked mini fridge (unless they asked for it to be emptied!)

And just a word of advice, ask to have it emptied! I read on these boards when I was getting ready for my first cruise that unless you intend to use it, get it taken out so you can't be accused of taking something you didn't take.
