Constellation Wine Cruise & Premium Alcohol Package

We are just wondering if anyone has information on whether the specialty and local wines that will be offered during the Wine Cruises this fall will be included in the Premium Alcohol package or only in the wine by the bottle packages? I am assuming some of them will be under $12 a glass. Part of the reason we are taking this cruise is to experience the local product and so if they are not included in the alcohol package that will influence whether we buy it or not.
