Allure Speciality Menu Recommendations

We will be eating at the following speciality restaurants while sailing the Allure: Giovannies. Izumi, Vintages, and Chops.

 

What are your favorite appetizers, salads, soups, main entrees, and desserts for the restaurants above?

 

I've had the opportunity to look at some of the menus and I'm thinking its going to be hard to choose. :)

In Izumis you must try the champagne lobster roll and the lemon grass saki. They were both to die for.
