Buy a long lightweight wrap around skirt They fold up so small that they will fit into a pocket or small bag.You can usually buy them cheap at Walmart or Sears.When you have to go into cathredals etc that required your legs to be covered and you have shorts on just take it out ,give it a shake,and wrap it around the waist,do up 1 button and your ready to go inside.Theyare also great to wear in the evening with a nice top.
