Gym classes

I note from the recent Crown review / Live from the Crown that there are Zumba classes. Are these free?

Also are there are any other classes like Spinning, abs n tone, etc? Is there any charge for these?

We are on the Grand in the summer and like using the gym etc to justify the amount of food and drink which is part of the holiday!

Zumba is free. Last year it was very well attended.
