Bringing Wine on board Question

Is it o.k. to wrap our bottles of wine in bubble wrap? I want to put it in a tote bag to carry on but don't want the bottles to hit and break.

Sure, but it's up to the port agent's discretion to unwrap them and make sure they are sealed.

I always wrap mine in bubble wrap and place in the carry-on with soda and mixers. Never had anyone actually unwrap the bottles, but I'm sure that it happens.

I brought 2 bottles of wine and 12 Cokes in my carry on with out bubble wrap and had no problems of any kind. The carry on was completely filled and nothing could move. The carry on was inspected and immediately allowed to go through. The bubble wrap would certainly provide more protection and should not be a problem.
