I love TA's but I hate to fly, even one way. I wonder if TA's cost the ships more. If they staggered both ways embarking and debarking at one US port closer than 6 months I wonder if more people would take TA's. It could be a different ship back, but it would be possible to cruise out of your home port, cruise to a port overseas and cruise back within 2-4 weeks. If the cruise companies don't lose money on TA's then they should think about it since more and more people don't want to fly. I know I am dreaming but I am sick of the itineraries out of Galveston. If beaches aren't your thing, then you are out of luck.
