Cancelling after using FCC

Some friends of ours were to cruise with us this past January. We had FCC's. They had to cancel due to a death in the family. We are now booked with them on a cruise for next January. The PVP we use took caqre of everything for them. When we booked next years cruise the FCC was applied to the new booking. It was no problem. She did call and remind our PVP that they had the FCC and what the number was.

We had to cancel. It was not a problem. My pvp had me talk to someone from that department. She told me to keep the number of the certificate, and as soon as I was ready to rebook I could use that number. We used it a couple months later without a hitch.
