CCL stock going up this week - should've bought last week

It's a good thing for you current stockholders but bad for me. I was trying to get the CCL stock purchased before my Dream cruise on 5/5. They need the email two weeks prior requesting the OBC. Of course the week I'm ready to buy it, it's going up up up. Doesn't make sense to pay more to get OBC.

 

Anyone else have this happen?
