Stuart's Cove is highly recommended. We really wanted to do it when we were in Nassau last week but didn't have time, so we ended up doing the Seahorse Sail & Snorkel. It was decent. The tour operators were a ton of fun and very knowledgable.

We have used Blue Hole water sports twice and had a great time while in Nassau.
