No one seems to know where it really is. Majesty of the Seas 4-night itinerary: Monarch of the Seas 4-night itinerary:
DaveG99 Posted April 23, 2012 Author #3 Share Posted April 23, 2012 After looking at it on google earth I see that its north of nassau at the north end of the berry islands. I wonder why the maps are wrong? Seems like someone should be at least checking to see if the maps are correct. Oh and I got it from someones signature on here. You would think that at least RCI would get it right but both 4-night itinerary maps for the Monarch & Majesty are different. I also believe the 3-night itineraries are different as well. Pellaz Posted May 3, 2012 #6 Share Posted May 3, 2012 lol! Maybe it makes the cruise look longer? Well, yeah, pretty much. :) On our cruise on Majesty, CocoCay was the last stop before returning to Miami and the distance isn't much more than a hundred miles, to be covered overnight. The captain came on the PA and said "We'll be heading back to Miami overnight at a rollicking 6 knots. For this ship, that's just about idle-speed." :D Also, since it's such an awesome place -- and the permanent, overnight staff there is small -- they're clearly trying to disguise its true location so no passing 'enemy' cruise ship can take it over. :D
