only for certain cruises ...it depends on what they are promoting...

for example if i book a cruise thru a travel agent, would i be able to get the OBC for ncl? on top of what the travel agent offers?

TA OBC and NCL OBC are different. most of the time you can stack them.

The latitudes OBC changes every month and is sometimes only on limited cruises to that destination. So check them out.

 

You can use TA OBC and NCL OBC together in most cases. Just check though, sometimes what the TA is calling OBC is the NCL OBC

Can you book Insider Offers through a TA or only through NCL?

We booked thru an online TA. Since they have to call NCL to book everything you should get both. We got OBC from them as well as NCL
