Am I the only one to come down with the noro virus (or gastro-enteritis) on the April 15-22 Legend cruise? It has been a misery and I'm here to sympathize with anyone who battled it.

Wife and i were on that cruise, i'm fine wife caught a cold. she still got it, but we are ready to cruise again.

I got the cold on the next to last day of the cruise. I was glad it rained the last day so I could sleep.

Wasn't on that cruise..but I sympathize!!!

DH and I both got it after a cruise in '06...that truly was the worst case of sickness I've ever had..fortunately we both came down with it the day we got home..but the ride home on the bus from the port was AWFUL..so bad that DH will never ride a bus again (silly I know but true!)

I always say I would give birth to both of my children again..have surgery again etc before I would want to have NORO again!

My wife, her brother, his friend and myself were on this cruise. None of us had any problems. I am sorry you got sick.

OP: I am so sorry. My oldest DS came down with it the day we debarked the Disney Magic in 2006. We were in a hotel room with no comforts of home and he was the SICKEST I have ever seen!! He was sooooo violently ill (fever and both ends exploding!!!).
