Mornin all ! Missed you guys

 

We had a great time, weather sucked, lots of rain, didnt make HMC :( Foggy coming in to Jax yesterday.

 

Will try and do a review in the next few days/ VIP room was quite crowded when we checked in and the ladies there were kinda rude, The crew was great, had a fantastic room steward. Dinners were painfully slow, our waiter did the best he could, they just have too many tables...............food was good, no complaints.

 

THe Capt substituted Freeport for HMC, we didnt get off.

 

Picked up Gretchie on the way home and she was sooo happy to see us ! All the techs loved her and played with her whenever they could. Snoopy was sleeping when we got home lol

 

When we first got home, the garage door wouldnt open, grrrr and I was ready to pee my pants, so we drove to 7 11 for a potty break and John called Karl our pet sitter and said we needed a key to get in ---of course all we got was his voice mail. Came back home and went out to the pool deck ro wait. John got his garage door remote from his van and yay the door opened !!! My batteries had died in mine.

 

So glad to be home, yes I am.

Forgot to mention when we got in the house, it was HOT, a/c was blowing out hot air and the compressor WAS running. So called our a/c man and thank God he was here at 5/ Turns out we needed a new relay switch and capacitor, so 278.00 later, we had cold air.

HAPPY FRIDAY ALL!! Hey Hey I know I've been MIA - same old story, and plus I let Chris do all the talking for me :D I've been lurking every day though!

 

Yeah I caught some of that book of faces convo last night about the piano bar, but likely not all of it... oh my this is gonna be a cruise for the ages!!!

 

Just like all of you, I'm getting SUPER EXCITED!!!! These last couple weeks are either gonna fly by or drag.. hoping it's the first one!

 

Dox - glad you had a good time on your trip!!

First off, welcome back Dox. Sorry to hear you missed HMC (that's our favorite port).

Weather is really weird the next few days. Sunny and 82 today, nice tomorrow, then a high of 52 on Sunday :confused:. Definitely crock pot weather.

I know I haven't talked about this much the last few weeks because I'm still pretty sad about it. We received an email from the breeder last night. There's a family that just lost their border collie and they are coming to meet Vasher this weekend. I miss him so much but I hope he finds a good home.

We have the same weird weather up here. No days out of the 60's next week:( My youngest's bday is tomorrow and she requested pot roast...yup, that works!

 

I was going to ask if you heard anything about Vasher, but I didn't dare. I hope this turns out to be a good new family for him. You guys gave him a great beginning foundation...be happy about that!:)
