Boardwalk balcony obstructed view

I was doing a mock booking on Royal Caribbean website for 2 boardwalk balcony rooms and the system gave me rooms 14323 and 14325 but said they had obstructed view. The same rooms on lower decks 9, 10, 11 or 12 did not say this...I do not know what the obstruction is ...does anyone have any info? is it the zip line or rock wall? I would rather have the lower decks anyway prob. 9 or 10 but just curious on what is blocking the view...

The deck above deck 14 that wraps around to the other side looking towards the back of the ship. It blocks your view as far as looking beyond the back of the ship (ocean).
