I have two rooms paid in full. Final payment was in March. The room is now $600.00 per room cheaper. Is there any chance for a OBC?

I would say call. Worst thing is that nothing changes. You might, however, get a nice upgrade for a price you are willing to pay or for nothing, or they might actually give the OBC (though, don't hold your breath).

How much is a cabin in the next category up from the one you booked? If it is less than you paid, you can upgrade for free. If it is slightly more than you paid, it might be worth paying the difference to upgrade.

I booked two Grand Suites next to eachother. There are no Owners Suites available :(. Next suite is a crown loft suite which is $900.00 per room more.
