Native Way Watersports - Stingrays

We're looking at the Stingway and Island tour with Native Way Watersports. Has anyone take this excursion? Seems like a lot to do in just 4 hours.

Sorry....I thought an early poster mentioned that they also did tours in Cozumel. I don't need info for Grand Cayman.....but thanks for setting me straight.
