2C Obstructed view balcony on Eclipse ?

We're considering 2C all the way aft. Anyone know what the "obstructed view" is? Is it just when looking down at the water or is something else blocking the view? Any help would be appreciated.

In general with the 2C's there are lifeboats/tenders that rise to about the floor of your balcony, so mainly just obstructed when gazing downwards.
