jenlboyd Posted May 13, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 13, 2012 We are considering this cruise from Venice to Galveston, wondering if we should book port or starboard for best views along the Italian coast and into France and Italy. Thank you.
paul929207 Posted May 13, 2012 #2 Share Posted May 13, 2012 By December 2, the days will be short. Not sure you will see much of the coast after sailing.

Thank you. When you're out at sea, you won't be close enough to the coast to get much of a view. Sailing out of Venice, your best bet is to be on the port side if you want to stay on your balcony, but we went down to the Promenade deck so we could see both sides.
