We are on the same cruise... Staying at the Sheraton Old San Juan, since its right at the port. Booked it direct with the hotel for one night. All the travel sites I looked at had a 2 night min. for there, but I booked it about 5 months ago....Good luck...

You really don't need a shuttle from any hotel. Taxis are plentiful and simple to catch. Any hotel front desk will provide a cab for you if you ask. They usually wait outside all of the major hotels. The prices are regulated and reasonable. It should cost between $10 and $20 dollars depend which zone you are in. The prices are posted right on the windows.

All you do is ask for a cab when you check out, and one will take you to the port- don't worry about a shuttle where you may have to sit around and wait awhile for it to fill up and end up paying more than for a shuttle.

The Sheraton Old San Juan is literally right across the street from where the Victory docks, but you can grab a cab easily from anywhere.
