Rumrunners

Recommended Posts

I have read many post on here about Rumrunners, my question is, since I have never seen what they look like is there any danger of them breaking open in your luggage and wrecking your clothes for the week? Also would it be better to hide them in a carryon or in your main luggage. I was thinking if there is a chance of leakage it would ruin a lot less in a carry on.

You can't tell thickness or toughness from a photo, but they're sturdy.

Only vulnerability is the screw top. If it's on loose, the contents will leak.

I have used them on numerous cruises and have not had a problem. If you really want to use a Ziplock bag that is just additional insurance. I would not necessarily advise using them in carry on...they have more time to look at a few carry ons then what 4000+ suitcases going on as checked luggage.
