PA Beachlovers Posted May 19, 2012 #1 Share Posted May 19, 2012 I have read many post on here about Rumrunners, my question is, since I have never seen what they look like is there any danger of them breaking open in your luggage and wrecking your clothes for the week? Also would it be better to hide them in a carryon or in your main luggage. I was thinking if there is a chance of leakage it would ruin a lot less in a carry on. fann1sh Posted May 19, 2012 #2 Share Posted May 19, 2012 Sample image: You can't tell thickness or toughness from a photo, but they're sturdy. Only vulnerability is the screw top. If it's on loose, the contents will leak.

tcw92 Posted May 19, 2012 #4 Share Posted May 19, 2012 we have used these exact ones and they worked great. We tucked them inside our tennis shoes for added protection. NO problems at all.:D
suezyq50 Posted May 19, 2012 #5 Share Posted May 19, 2012 I stick mine inside a ziplock bag. I have never had a problem.
Putterdude Posted May 19, 2012 #6 Share Posted May 19, 2012 I have used them on numerous cruises and have not had a problem. If you really want to use a Ziplock bag that is just additional insurance. I would not necessarily advise using them in carry on...they have more time to look at a few carry ons then what 4000+ suitcases going on as checked luggage. PennyAgain Posted May 20, 2012 #7 Share Posted May 20, 2012 I use the smaller sizes and have had no problems at all. This company ships very quickly. Great service.
jamessemaj Posted May 20, 2012 #8 Share Posted May 20, 2012 I bought a set before my first cruise and then decided not to use them. My bar tab runs something under $400. per 2 week cruise. Worth it to maintain my honesty and dignity.
