Aluminum Luggage

I have a hard aluminum carry on. This should be ok right? It will be ok going in the xray machine?

you will be fine, there will be problems with xray machines. The luggage most likely has an aluminum look to it and is not really made out of real aluminum

If they can't see through it, they'll open it. But that's their job. Should be no problem other than spending an extra couple of minutes checking it.

I love those cases- they are fairly expensive but beautiful. Rimowa makes them- first time I saw one in an airport I fell in love. Spinner trunk- old school. Lucky you- they'll open it probably but that's par for the course nowadays.

You will be fine. I used a Zero-Halliburton camera case for many years, and also have their brief case. They are very much aluminum, and the x-ray scanners can easily see into it. Non-issue.
