Roll Call for 30 July 2005 Star Clipper in Cannes

Hi Everyone,

 

First time with Star Clippers although we've cruised several times with Celebrity (love their crème brulée) , Royal Caribbean and, yes, even Carnival ;) .

 

There is an older thread on the Novotel Montfleury hotel in Cannes. Is it still affiliated with Star Clippers? If not, what other hotel would you recommend and why?

 

It all sounds very low key...perfect. Has anyone any experience with the excursions we can expect to see?

 

Finally, looking forward to some cutthroat games of "Oh Hell" and "Belote" (card games) with fellow passengers.
