Steamer Chairs

Does anyone know from whom Cunard purchases the steamer chairs (the wooden chairs on deck 7's promenade)? I know that steamer chairs are widely available but I suspect that Cunard purchases those that really hold up well.

I don't think they have bought any for QM2 lately. Most are in a poor state which is not surprising with the constant use they get. I was a bit disappointed that they had not been changed at the refit, also the seating in Illuminations which have been in a bad state for years.
