Viking vs Avalon in China

I am new to river cruising having only done ocean cruising. I am trying to decide between Avalon and Viking. Can anyone provide any insight on how to choose?? I have read reviews and compared the itineraries. Cost is about the same.

 

Does anyone know if there are refrigerators in the cabins on the Viking Emerald? If not will they bring one to my cabin. Need to refrigerate insulin.
