Travel Insurance Children Question

I was wondering if anyone has used or know of anyone who has used a reputable travel insurance company that has some policies that cover children under 17, traveling with an insured parent(s), at no additional charge. We are taking a cruise on the the 28th of October on Carnival Victory with our 3 children, ages 1,4 and 9 We are just trying to save some money on that part of the trip.
