The Australian TV show The Great Outdoors have been filming this week on our cruise.

We were on the Pacific Sun which arrived home today 6th May 2005.

They were filming this week for about three days.

I have taken photos and will put them on my web page tommorrow.

I will also do a review on the fantastic Pentecost Island where we saw a display from the original "Bungy Jumpers" IE The Local villagers.

I wish I was still on the ship but cant wait for the next one:)

Hi

I have made a short web page up yesterday with my pics from our Pacific Sun cruise.

We only got home two days ago and as it was Mothers Day yesterday(Sunday) my page is not finished! I do it all from home.

Take a look anyway as I will be putting more on today.

I believe The Great Outdoors story will be on June 13th but not certain.

I will also do a review on how I compare our last cruise November 2004 on the Pacific Sky to the Pacific Sun.

Also this time we travelled with our 3 year old grandson so I will write about the kids club. My husband and I are in our 50's.

Here is my link but remember its only in the rough stages at present.

Cheers

Kathryn

thank you so much for putting up the photos from your trip, looks like you had an amazing time.

I love the photos you took of the bridge at sunset. As we leave at 5pm maybe we can get a similar pic although by the time sept comes around the sun maybe setting later.

I also love the photo of your dear grandson in the cooking pot.....how much fun is that!

Glad to hear that it didnt seem crowded as it will be school holidays for us and likely to be packed. Where is a good spot for lying around on the boat.

Was there drinking water available free of charge as my kids drink a ton of water and no doubt will be same price as coke.

I think your review answered a lot of questions for me so thanks once again.

I am looking forward to the great outdoors show and of course SEPTEMBER!!!!

Hope you have now recovered and maybe even planning your next cruise

Thanks for the review and pictures on Pacific Sun. Sounds like you had a great time.

Hope The Great Outdoors filming is shown on 13 June, as we leave for our cruise the next morning.

After reading about Pentecost Island, we have decided that if our first cruise goes well, we would like to go on N611 - Secret Treasures 2/4/06-13/4/069.

This cruise goes to 3 ports that we havent been to and it will be my husbands birthday aswell.

Regards

Kazza
