OBCs Combinable ??? Which?

I wish there was one place to see which OBCs are combinable..:(

When searchin NCL..so much fine print, when searching here..so many threads / posts..old and new..

 

Maybe we should start a thread..(ongoing like the current staff thread)--good idea????

 

Does anyone know IF...PGOBC (suite) and AMEX are combinable?

 

(I am thinking of not booking with CAS this time..and taking advantage of OBCs instead...as I may wind up doing better...)

I was given a cruise for 2 (inside cabin). I paid to upgrade to a suite and NCL will not give me any more OBC except for the $25 they originally quoted. I also am thinking about NOT booking with CAS. I might do better with a straight booking rather than using the "free" cruise certificate. Haven't decided yet.
