Cancel the current booking and make a new one. You will get a refund for the deposit, usually in a couple of days. Save your self $150 for drinks on-board!

The only Celebrity ship doing the Holy Land this year is the Silhouette. We booked a few weeks ago on the November 17th, 2012 sailing out of Rome. The TA is immediately following, so this is probably the one you're referring to :) The prices are FANTASTIC if you don't mind booking a GTY.

We booked the RCCL wow sale after following rates for some time. When the sale was announced the rates remained the same. Also, nearly every on line agency was matching the OBC. So we got a total of 100.00 OBC plus 50% off the deposit. Not a bad deal.

Thanks for your response. All I can say is that if Celebrity's on board experience was anything like their on line experience, they would be out of business in less than a year. aren't they embarrassed to run such a error/glitch filled web site?

That IS the challenge - that process DOES NOT WORK! I spent an hour trying with several bookings every which way to pay the $450 deposit and the website won't let you enter anything less than full deposit. I gave up and called. Which kind of defeats the purpose of an online booking system
