Xfr Booking TA to Carnival??

Is it possible to transfer a booking for a TA to Carnival if I am unhappy with the agent's handling of my cruise? My TA never replies to emails for voicemail messages, never answers the phone and neglected to submit adjustments for price reductions on ES Bookings :(

Call the manager - if that doesn't work, your only option if prices are the same or better is to cancel with the agent and rebook with Carnival, but you WILL lose $50 of your deposit and you may not, depending on who you talk to, be able to use the remainder of your deposit on the same cruise - although you SHOULD be able to - if they say no, ask for a supervisor or hang up and call back to get someone else.
