Locked Threads

Just curious as to what or why the moderators lock some threads that can be useful to future cruisers and do not lock others when its bickering back and forth with certain individuals which is really of no use to future cruisers??? Sorry but I am just looking for clarification on this. Please let me know if I have stepped over the line with this thread,, put also be gentle as I am a newbie here..

I know some people can be real harsh on here,

when all you are trying to do is learn.

 

Some experienced posters forget that they were once new on here....

Usually threads/posts are locked, moved or removed because the topic has been exhausted or the thread has deteriorated into bickering or the like.

Sometimes it might not be apparent why, and in that instance, as Tef stated, you can email a moderator.
