critics0001 Posted June 14, 2012 #1 Share Posted June 14, 2012 On the Marina and Riviera, penthouse suites are limited to 4 reservations versus the 8 on the older ships. How hard is it to get additional reservations on the newer ships and what is the best way to do it. Thanks
YoHoHo Posted June 14, 2012 #2 Share Posted June 14, 2012 On the Marina and Riviera, penthouse suites are limited to 4 reservations versus the 8 on the older ships. On the older R-ships there are two specialty restaurants, Polo and Toscano and PH get 2 seatings in each x 2 restaurants = 4 seatings. On the O-class ships additionally there is Red Ginger and Jacques so PH get 1 in each x 4 = 4 seatings. The general concensus is your butler will arrange extra seatings but remember in a PH you can order from all of the restaurants (mix them up) and your butler will serve in your stateroom. Paulchili Posted June 14, 2012 #3 Share Posted June 14, 2012 ..remember in a PH you can order from all of the restaurants (mix them up) and your butler will serve in your stateroom. This is one of the very best perks of a PH, IMO :D

Mura Posted June 14, 2012 #6 Share Posted June 14, 2012 Likewise with our Marina cruise last October. We dined in our suite twice and the food was a perfect temp. Mura
